For more than 20 years, I worked as an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice in the United States Attorney's Office in Cleveland. The last 10 years of my career, I was United States Attorney, in charge of the office, appointed by President Clinton.
What are your memories of high school (i.e. secret crush, embarrassing moment, funniest thing you did in high school, favorite high school hang out, favorite teachers)?
After 50 years, I should be able to claim that I don't remember crushes, embarrassing moments, etc. ... .
What did you want to do or think you were going to do when you finished high school?
I graduated with a degree in English with certification to teach; so I thought I would teach junior high or high school. I did, briefly, then moved on to jobs in publishing and went to law school.
