I was so sorry to hear about Joel's passing. I remember when he joined my 4th (maybe 3rd?) grade class and everyone was amazed at what an incredible artist he was. He used his artistic abilities to become quite a gifted architect. We ended up working in the same architect's office and it was so much fun to reconnect with him. The world has lost another kind and talented soul.
